What to expect at a first visit

You’ll be asked about your health, your medicines and what’s bothering you. The dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes an X-ray if one is needed, and explains what they find. You’ll get the options and a written estimate. Simple things like a clean or a small filling can often be done the same day; for anything bigger, you can go away and think about it.

What to bring

  • previous dental X-rays or reports, if you have them
  • a list of your medicines, especially blood thinners and diabetes medicines
  • for children’s medical consultations, vaccination records and any previous reports

Dental or paediatric appointment?

Teeth and gums are a dental appointment, for adults and children. Your child’s general health, such as fever, growth, nutrition or vaccinations, is a paediatric medical consultation with Dr. Sunisha Arora. If you’re not sure, call and we’ll help.

Questions patients ask us

Can I book an appointment for today?

Often, yes. Call rather than booking online, so we can check who's free. Pain cases are fitted in the same day wherever possible.

How long is a first visit?

Allow 20 to 30 minutes for a check-up or consultation, and up to an hour if you're also having a clean or an X-ray.

Can I book a specialist directly?

Yes, if you know you need one, for example an orthodontist for braces. Call us and we'll book you in with them. If you're not sure, start with a consultation, and a specialist sees you if you need one.

How do I book a paediatrician?

Call the clinic to arrange a medical consultation with Dr. Sunisha Arora and check her current consultation times. Online booking is for dental appointments.

Is online booking or WhatsApp suitable for emergencies?

No. For pain or swelling, call the clinic. If someone has trouble breathing or swallowing, swelling spreading to the eye or neck, or heavy bleeding, go to a hospital emergency department.
