Questions patients ask us
I don't know which treatment I need. Where do I start?
Book a check-up or a consultation. The dentist examines you, explains what's going on, and goes through the options and costs. You don't need to know the name of the treatment beforehand.
How do I arrange the right dental appointment?
Tell the clinic about your concern when booking. The team can confirm the appropriate dental clinician, current availability and whether an initial assessment or specialist appointment is needed.
Do you publish prices?
No, because the right treatment, and its cost, depends on what we find. We examine you, then give you a written estimate before anything starts. Our cost pages explain what affects the price of implants, root canals and extractions.
Can I get treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Often, for simple things such as a clean, a small filling or pain relief. For bigger treatment we prefer you to have the plan and the estimate in hand first.
