When to book a paediatric consultation
- a fever, cough, cold, ear pain or stomach upset that isn’t settling
- questions about your child’s growth, weight or developmental milestones
- feeding, appetite and nutrition worries
- advice on your child’s vaccination schedule
- a general health check
Dr. Sunisha also has specialist training in children’s blood disorders and cancers. If a concern needs hospital tests or specialist care, she can advise you on the next step.
Before the appointment
Bring your child’s vaccination card, any previous reports and prescriptions, and the names and doses of any medicines they take. Note when symptoms started and any temperatures you’ve measured. Write down your questions so nothing is forgotten.
Teeth and general health at one clinic
Petal Smiles is a dental and paediatric clinic. If your child also needs a dental check-up, we can arrange both, as separate appointments. See children’s dental care, or meet Dr. Sunisha Arora.
Questions patients ask us
What does a paediatrician treat?
Children's general health, from newborns to teenagers. That includes common illnesses such as fevers, coughs and stomach upsets, growth and development, feeding and nutrition, and advice on vaccinations.
How do I book a paediatric consultation?
Call the clinic on +91 95410 93573 or message us on WhatsApp. Dr. Sunisha sees children at set times, so we'll tell you the next available slot.
Is this the same as a children's dentist?
No. For your child's teeth and gums, book a children's dental appointment. For your child's general health, book a paediatric consultation with Dr. Sunisha.
My child is very unwell. Should I wait for an appointment?
No. Go to a hospital emergency department straight away if your child has difficulty breathing, is unusually drowsy or floppy, has a seizure, has signs of dehydration, has a rash that doesn't fade when pressed, or if a baby under three months has a fever.
